Potty Training!

Well, we started on the potty training New Year's week.  The first day was terrible and we prayed for death.  The second day was improved, but still not awesome.  Then, he spent 3 days rocking out at using the potty!  We're talking few accidents, good attitude and even going in public on a big boy potty!  We was wearing underwear at home and keeping them dry for the most part.

Then, Monday rolled around and he started throwing a big baby fit every time we suggested trying to potty.  Then he'd only go a couple of drops and demand "jum jums!"  (We were using M & Ms as reward, which I know we're not supposed to do.)  He has gotten a little better, but we're still not back to how we were a few days ago.  I will seriously pay good money for a potty training fairy!

(Can you handle how cute little tiny boxer briefs are?)

He LOVES playing with theses letters and numbers!

I love baby boxer briefs. Big C (he's 6 now) has a bright orange pair that he's been wearing for easily two years and won't let us pitch (he's skinny that one), but that I still think are too cute.

Also, M&Ms work really well for training treat monkey kids, and I don't care what the books say. I used them for Big C and when my sister gets enough hootzpah to start on Little C we'll use them for him, too.

Your boys look so cute playing with the magnets on the fridge together.

Haha, tiny boxer-briefs are cute! Who knew, lol.

And I don't care what the books say, treats work! One of the girls I nanny for is borderline Autistic, and has trouble talking. We used m&m's when she was getting potty trained- and whilst he may not be able to say potty, she sure as hell remembered to say 'nemnem,' hahaha.

Whatever motivates is what counts.
