Day 5~ Favorite Quote

So, I'm not really a quote person.  I mean, I have bible verses I like, but those don't seem like quotes to me, I guess.  I see the lovely, feel-good quotes places and usually I just find them kind of silly in a charming kind of way.

We do, however, quote movies and tv all. the. time.  Here's a taste...

"Loathe, entirely!" ~ The Grinch

"I killed a guy with a trident!"~ Anchorman

"The owl sees at night." ~Talladega Nights

"Great! Now I can get hepatitis!" ~ I can't remember what this is from.  I'm picturing Justin Long...

"Seriously?!" ~Grey's Anatomy (The girls at work pointed out to me recently that I say this a lot.  I hadn't noticed it until then, and now I'm self conscious about it.)

"Wind the frog!" ~Toy Story (A piece of trivia: my mom said this right before we all walked in at my wedding!)

"It's SO hot! Milk was a bad choice!" ~Anchorman

"I can't believe chairs even exist when you're not sitting in them!" ~ Knocked Up

"Why are you so sweaty?  I was watching Cops!" ~ Step Brothers

"Diversity is an old, old wooden ship..." ~ Anchorman

"You're...mocking me, aren't you?" ~ Toy Story

"Where we're going, we don't need roads!" ~Back to the Future, via Knocked Up

"I lift my brother..." ~Knocked Up

"It's...the florescents." ~Twilight

I'm sensing a Will Ferrell/Paul Rudd theme.  LOL

I saw that! I've been meaning to talk to you, Krystal... You should probably go stay with someone, because you're probably wanted by the police for murder.

The hepatitis line is from Accepted. Good representation of our daily palette of quotes here! I love you, Babe.

Mo and I quote Talladega Nights quite a lot. It's one of our favorite movies -- and really, those lines beg to be quoted. Will Ferrel is hilarious and I love just about every movie he's ever made.

I say "Seriously!?" all the time, and I know it! :)

I think it's funny that you quoted Back to the Future VIA Knocked Up!
