Day 1~ Favorite Song(s)
I had a really hard time thinking of what my favorite song is! I asked my mom and Nick and they couldn't give me any legitimate answers, although "I'm a Little Teapot" was highly helpful. After doing a little thinking, I could only think of one song that I would always stop and listen to if it came up on my iTunes. It's Nick and my song. We danced to it as our first dance at our reception. It is "I Will Call You Blessed" by Caleb Carruth.
Here is the You Tube video so you can hear it, if you'd like (there's not really video to it, though, just the song and the album cover):
And here's the lyrics:
I can't believe you're mine
I can't believe I'm yours
Cause only a Master's hand
Could have devised and designed our course
Lost in your beauty
Lost in the freedom
I can't owe this to myself
What have I ever done
That's this good, this sweet, this right
With one glance of your eye
You've stolen my heart
And beautiful you are, my darling
There is no flaw in you
Now I lack nothing
And now there is peace
You have such patience with me
Freely you give your love
You're so good, so sweet, so right
You are clothed in strength
You are dressed in dignity
With you He is saving me
You are all I wanted
You are all I need now
I will call you blessed
Gone are the good old days
I've no need for useless things
'Cause I have found something better, baby, to last me forever
For you speak with wisdom
And faithful instruction
Many do noble things
But you have surpassed them all
You're so good, so sweet, so right
And now, just for fun, you can see the top few songs that are on our "Top Played" list in iTunes. (You can click to make it bigger, so you can actually read it.)

That's a beautiful song, and one I hadn't heard before. Thank you for sharing.
Hugs,

Well, who wouldn't listen to the Twilight soundtrack all the time?
The one picked is beautiful, I'd not heard it before.
I had never heard that song before, pretty. I had a hard time with this one too... ended up narrowing it down to five! haha more narrowing in my future.
